Vibrating screens
The operation of the screens takes place using vibrating motors that shake the material in horizontal and vertical movements, moreover the screen is supported by springs and special pads that allow the maximum possibility of selection, the material separated to the desired size falls through the section, grid or net pre-perforated, the remainder is directed towards the outlet and destined for subsequent treatment. This type of screens finds a wide field of application in various industrial sectors, to select any production waste and send only the products of the desired fraction to the following selection lines.
Waste rotary drum screens
This machinery has a rotary operation and thanks to their effectiveness and versatility, they are the most used in waste sieving, in some cases they are used for an initial selection phase aimed at obtaining a coarse size, subsequently the fractions pass through to other systems of sieving, or being interchangeable, it is possible to reduce the size of the fractions to be sieved, the rotating basket of the sieve is formed by a pre-perforated grid or mesh of the desired size.
Dynamic or disc screens for waste
How all sieving systems, they have the purpose of optimizing the section of material to be treated, the material advances through the rotation of the discs, the distance between them determines the size of the required screening, the disc screens are made with steel shafts, on which polygonal discs made with diameters and widths of different sizes are connected, these measures are determined by the nature and quantity of the material to be sieved.
